About the Services I offer Reiki, Sound Healing, Breathwork, Meditation, Spiritual Coaching, and Equine-Assisted Support. These are holistic, supportive, and spiritual practices designed to promote relaxation, clarity, and energetic alignment. I am not a licensed medical or mental health professional, and my services do not replace medical, therapeutic, or psychological care. 2. Your Role You are responsible for your own well-being. You may pause, adjust, or stop any session at any time. You are in control of your experience. 3. Health & Safety Considerations Consult your healthcare provider if you have any medical or mental health concerns. Certain conditions (e.g., heart issues, seizures, pregnancy, recent surgery, severe mental health conditions) may require session modifications. Breathwork, sound healing, and equine-assisted work may cause temporary physical or emotional sensations; you may participate at your comfort level. 4. What You May Experience Sessions may bring tingling, temperature changes, emotional release, memories, mental resistance, or heightened sensitivity. These are normal. Your breath, presence, and choices guide your session. 5. Confidentiality All personal information is kept private unless disclosure is required by law. Please respect the sacred space during sessions. 6. Liability Release By booking or participating, you release and hold harmless Emily Ellenberger and/or Lotus Light Energy & Healing from any claims, liability, or adverse outcomes arising from Reiki, Sound Healing, Breathwork, Meditation, Spiritual Coaching, or Equine-Assisted Support. 7. Recording Policy Online sessions may only be recorded with mutual consent for personal use and may not be shared. 8. Client Consent By checking the box when booking, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, and voluntarily consent to participate in all sessions.
